Yojimbo

by Austin   Mar 25, 2007

I am a wanderer
walking down these streets
but still so much farther
who am i supposed to meet?

I'm a Yojimbo
master of the blade
protecting what i love
this is the story Ive made

Am i to be called a fool
for loving what i love
believing in what i believe in
or fighting for what i believe in

With the blade on my left
and the arm guard on the right
i tackle my Emotions and problems,
i was made to fight

With my blade of steel
and my heart of gold
i take down those enemies
i do what I'm told

Protecting my love
from all that is hurtful
why do i have to shove
and then be mournful

Ain't seen nothing like me
i can take in so much pain
but their is a limit to me
until i go insane

When i have reached my limit
down i go into the pain
like the rest of my brethren
we all have fallen the same

A sword though our heart
but not from what we hated
but from those we loved
we all have been betrayed

But we do not envy the living
or who we've been betrayed
we take our death like Honor
like a mighty beast who had been slayed
