Last stanza is very effective, you expressed emotions excellently. I like this poem, some lines aren't that great but all in all this one has great rhythm.
This is my favorite stanza:

The soul is now lost.
The heart feels nothing.
No more breathing, no more thinking.
Nothing exists on the outside.
No one is left on the inside.
^Very emotional, powerful, clear and descriptive.

Truly enjoyable...glad I came across it while meandering through everyones poetry. With the poem you wrote the title wasnt a spoiler it was nice and engaging...made me visualize every stanza... wonderful 5/5
