A sad nature piece...but I like the imagery described throughout the poem and the message of what we do as humans to destroy the beauty of our own home...beautiful...beautiful...beautiful piece.

I can empathise with you here. Once it's gone it's gone and it seems most are indifferent about it at best. A sad and poignant poem.
