My first poem I ever wrote,
I can still remember,
I was only eight,
I wrote it when my mum and dad,
Broke up,
Poetry helped me lift some of my,
Weight,
My first poem was a sad poem,
Writing it made me cry,
I thought my family was broken forever,
And something in my life had,
Died,
My first poem I ever wrote,
Helped me deal with my strife,
I wrote about everything,
That was going on,
And things that were destroying my life,
My first poem I ever wrote,
I thought I would be my last,
But now I write so many poems,
About my life, love,
And my past.
