Confusion of The Crimson

by Aage Crow   Mar 26, 2007

Sitting in the rain tonight
Bowing my head in respectful fright
Never going home again like this
My hands stained in blood balled up in fists
Life should never be this way
It should be happy, merry and gay
Unfortunately I'll never follow that road
I walk the street and pay my toll
I don't think I'll ever see them again
Its a fear I've had since back then
They'll forget me and never know
The price I paid to save them ten fold
Saying good bye to my family and friends
Crying cause I'll miss their childish grins
Pained as I walk this lonely road
Hiding myself so they'll never know
Who I really am and why I was a danger
They wouldn't take it so hard if I was a stranger
Ashamed of what I've done this night
Afraid but I will hide my fright
And I'll walk alone in this powerful rain
Dieing alone inside my brain
