Baby Magic

by RainbowSlider   Mar 26, 2007

Magician you put a spell on my heart.
I watch you as love teaches your art.
Your smile just melts my heart of stone.
Your rattle is your wand; I am not alone.

Crawling on the floor with big eyes.
Your love is true with no alibis.
So small but you impress me so.
I wonder which way next you go.

The world is your playground.
Your wand as a scepter found.
As you crawl my world brightens.
My cares ease; My load lightens.

In rapture I watch as you crawl.
You grasp your rattle in awe.
I hear the pebbles inside shake.
I love the sounds that you make.

Oh, my love, my baby magic.
If you weren't here, how tragic.
I would just stare into space.
Thinking of how to replace.
