Every big moment of my life
I stood there wishing that time would stop
Only so that it would give you enough time
Enough to get through all the sleep-ins
Time to go through all the little problems that could arise
Just enough to get over that hang over
And finally enough to remember me
At that time you could be there to see
Sit there and watch my graduation
Be my shoulder to cry on
Have enough time to think about my problems
Time won't stop
This has been proven
No matter how much you think you wanted to be there
You just weren't
