Heavenly Bliss

Tilting my face to the Heavens
Gazing at the cloudless blue sky
Inner peace hitting me instantly
Letting out a breathtaking sigh.

Sunshine beaming down
As I sit silently on this field
Who would have ever known
It's nature that makes the soul heal?

Breathing in and out rhythmically
Sparkles shining on my face
Feeling every day I'm not here
Would turn out to be just a waste.

Dipping my toes into fresh spring water
Drawing my hand lightly across the surface
Needing to get up and get things done
But never wanting to leave this Heavenly bliss.
