Its never easy letting go

As I look up into the sky

Watching shooting stars pass me by

I start to reminisce about how it was

I start to miss when it was us

As my cheek starts to soke

I realize our love was nothing but a joke

The tears flow

I start to ask myself why I ever let go

I loved you with all my heart

I'm pretty sure, were not meant to be apart

How could I have made such a big mistake

You were my everything, nothing to band and erase

It hurt when you didn't take me back

How could I ever get my life back on track

It tore me apart

When I saw you gave "her" your heart

I guess I have to move on

Finally except that you are gone
