How can I explain this indescribable feeling?
Even though I've been hurt before,
Always, it seems like I'm healing.
Loving arms open my heart once more,
Inviting me to a paradise everlasting.
Nothing can get in the way of something I adore,
Go on and try, but don't set your heart on prevailing.
Winds and storms may blow at my door,
Invoking me to give up on my yearning.
They will not effect my love anymore.
Heart tells the mind to keep me moving,
Love tells my heart to let go and soar.
Opening this tough heart of mine caused some turning,
Veering my life in a direction more worth living for.
Everyone can see I'm engulfed by this feeling.
*this is called a title-down poem, where the first letter of every line spells out the title, or the subject you're talking about. There's also a rhyme scheme of ABAB throughout the whole poem. well yea, please tell me what u think because I'm a little shaky on what i think about it..thanks a ton!
