But once at school, your eyes crossed mine,
And all of a sudden, the sun began to shine,

But without seeing you, it's tearing me apart.
I started looking at you...
And I noticed your beautiful blue eyes,
Your incredibly cute curls, and your body you didn't disguise,
You even had a wonderful tan,
To me you're just the perfect man.

Why, isn't there something like 'us',
And why is everybody making me just so jealous.
Doesn't anybody see...
The way I keep staring in your direction,
How much I want to give you all my affection,
That every time I think of you, I'm starting to cry,
And eventually, if you don't comfort me, I'm just gonna die.
I still can't stop thinking of you...
Because I'm still hoping that there will some a day,
