Stone conquers the darkend hearts

by pirateRAWRR   Apr 1, 2007

Looking into his eyes
a door is unlocked
yet purposely she jams it closed
continuously pushing the future further and further away
in order for her to feel comforted
she needs to erase the possibility of ever again having a past
and is determined to do so
while sitting at the window she stares out onto the opaque lake
drifting in and out of an unconscious-trance-like state
dreaming overtakes her present reality
and shes lost in a nightmare of
love, pride and honor
the green leaves fade to black and weep crimson tears
on her already bruised ego
whatever is she going to do??
shes gone too far to return now
her only hope was lost within fate
her belief tested
her faith at stake
swallowed whole by turmoil of the heart
unrequited love only hurts when its real
