You know that feeling,
when you can't go on.
and your only wish
is to be gone.

you sit in the dark
with tears streaming down your face,
and dream you could be in a warm safe place.

but then you get the text from the one person who cares,
and it says 'please don't do anything stupid, don't you dare.
i need you. please don't leave me not now'

and then you see that you couldn't leave them all alone,
so you stay with her and together you moan.

moan about life and how crule it can be,
and tell one another: no matter how hard life gets you always have me.
