I Can't Escape

The night is cold
& my bones are weak
my mouth is frozen
I can barely speak

This place is dark
I can't really see
in a state of mind
that won't let me free

The walls are getting closer
my hearts picking up pace
the ceilings dripping water
thats falling to my face

I faintly hear soft footsteps
that slowly fade away
there's no one here to save me
so i close my eyes to pray

Please god can you help me
I don't know what to do
I am all alone here
my only hope is you

Release me from my agony
& take away my pain
I need you more than ever lord
to lead me through the rain
