Better than Reality

I always thought dreaming,
was better than reality.
I thought it was something that cant be fought,
until you opened my eyes and let me see.

You kissed me on the forehead,
it felt like an illusion.
And then you gently kissed my lips,
when i came to my conclusion.

I finally found that someone,
that let me see the world more closely.
Someone i can be myself around,
and that will love for for being me.

I could truly see us,
living our lives together.
And then i secretly tell myself,
I hope this lasts forever.
