No Turning Back

by Miss Megan   Apr 2, 2007

I'm torn between life and death,
I can't seem to choose.
My head and heart disagree,
But what have I got to loose?
So I'll just pull the trigger,
It's not like anyone would notice.

Because I'm not OK,
And I'm not alright.
Death screams out my name,
Yet life holds on so tight.
But I'm ready to go,
I'm ready to leave.
There's no turning back now,
I have no reason to believe.

It's such a big decision,
But you don't feel the way I do.
I'm barely holding on,
I'm on the edge of pulling through.
So I'll just pull the trigger,
It's not like anyone would notice.

Because I'm not OK,
And I'm not alright.
Death screams out my name,
Yet life holds on so tight.
But I'm ready to go,
I'm ready to leave.
There's no turning back now,
I have no reason to believe.

I've fallen harder than I should,
I cant pick myself back up again.
It's so much harder done,
And so much easier said.
So I'll just pull the trigger,
It's not like anyone would notice.

Because I'm not OK,
And I'm not alright.
Death screams out my name,
Yet life holds on so tight.
But I'm ready to go,
I'm ready to f.ucking leave.

Because I'm not o-f.ucking-Kay,
And I'll never be alright.
Death screams out my name,
Yet life holds on so tight.
But I'm ready to go,
And I'm ready to leave.
There's no f.ucking turning back,
I have no reason to ever believe.
