Like every teenage girl
she will try and be perfect
like those girls on the magazines.

Like every teenage girl
she will cry her self asleep atleast once
feeling like she isnt worth much.

Like every teenage girl
she will try her best to impress the boy
that has no idea she is alive.

Like every teenage girl
she will argue her parents
to get what she wants in life.

Like every teenage girl
she will spend hours getting ready
covering up the real look of her.

Like every teenage girl
she will get a broken heart
and feel like she is all alone.

Like all teenage girls
they will try and be other people
and not the person they really are.

    You have no idea how true this is. Every word is true... that's what is sad. =( I know I can relate to every single one of these stanzas. This poem is a real eye-opener to girls. Fabulous poem. 5.5
