When you walked away from
i was so sure my world had ended
so sure i would never get over you, school started back up
my first week alone without you here in school
knowing your never coming back
i cried to many tears that my teachers was worried
so many dreams i had to let go
but now i know that the world still turns
and the sun still burns
and thats what i learned without you
and the days rolls on by
and my heart gets a little bit stronger too
but don't think i stopped loving you because i made it through life without ya
but i learned to love myself without ya
i walk with my cousin to lunch with no words spoken
i walk o my classes without you walking with me to my classes
thats something i didn't do before
you may not understand it
i don't let anybody close to my heart no more
I'm afraid I'll get hurt again
i can't even see myself close to anyone like i was with you
but I'm ready to take that chance
cause i didn't know what i know now.
