Where i am from

I am from ridin four-wheelers on the weekend to workin
hard during the week from building club houses
and playing hide and go seek.
I'm from the middle of nowhere in bagdad, KY
surrounded by nothing but woods

I am from a baptist church
teaching me good morals and giving me a good laugh
with my youth group.
I'm from cleaning the church
to dancing and singing with the brooms.

I'm from a large family
with plenty of brothers and sisters
from the tears shared with them
when Shawn recruited to the marines.
I am from working hard for everything I have
never being handed a dime.
