My Silent Comforter

by LoNeLy SoUL   Apr 4, 2007

Here I am again
Walking at the seashore
Feeling the coldness of the waves
Hoping it may ease my broken soul

It was months ago
When I last go here
I thought I'll never be coming back
Because I thought I'll be happy this time

But here I am again
Walking in this familiar path
Again restless and hurt
And confused and tired of my life

I don't know
What magic you have
Why you can always calm
My troubled mind

I cannot tell why simply looking at you
Just feeling your coolness, watching your rhythmic waves
And listening to the tempo you endlessly create
You can easily take away my wearies and heartaches

Maybe because in front of you
I can say any harsh words
I can throw hundreds of punches
Without the fear of being judge at the end!

Or perhaps in you
I found a silent yet true friend
When everything seems wobbly
And so much overwhelming!

I dont know how long will I need
The silence and comfort you can solely give
I hope that next time we came face to face
Happiness is endlessly radiating in my face!
