Six Feet

by Lance Hardy   Apr 5, 2007

Six feet away
From six feet under
The line moves much closer
With my life, it's no wonder

Pain and unhappiness
Ever present, everyday
How can people live?
I just try as I may

My dreams speak of better
Reality speaks of worse
Everything that I do
Becomes part of my curse

Nothing is done right
So why do anything?
Pain hurts more than a wreck
Life is never changing

So someone tie me up
Put me in a straightjacket
My mind just keeps running
There's no way to crack it

I like this one becouse it flows and it doesnt feel like you tried to hard to make it rhyme. I love it becouse it was written in the truth of life. Great job!
