Curiosity Killed Me (A girl's memoirs)

by Daz Mellow   Apr 5, 2007

I held the knife,
Away from myself.
I took the life,
Of a demon from hell.

I stood there,
Blood dripping from the blade.
His lifeless body,
Lay crumpled on the ground.
Then I ran away,
Never to be found.

I sat in a corner,
The knife laid beside me.
I stared at it,
As strange thoughts ran through my head.
A string of curiosity,
Spun like a thread,
I wondered what it's like to be dead.
I guess you could say,
Curiosity killed me.
