Silence?

Silence creeping over me
covering me in darkness
hiding me from light
all thats left is a silent shadow

a shadow of the past
to big to reject
to small to ignore
silence creeping over me from no into the past

try to shout out
but nothing happens
try to reach out
but nothing to grab

all thats left to do
is wait silently
for the silence
to fall
