I finally figured it out
I know why you were there
it wasn't to teach me anything
or to show me life's not fair

you had a greater purpose
to lead me to something more
to bring me to something better...
and thats what you were there for

cause if you think about it
if it wasn't for you
I wouldn't have met someone else
who led me to someone new.
