Wow! This is so very deep and heart wrenchig. The effects of alcohol is so devastating. You have captured so much emotion in this piece.

Now lifeless arms hold to the whiskey
A savior to the soul is thought
Blood eyes dead and no longer see
As once again the bottle drops.

This really hits home. Since I am watching someone I care for killing themselves with this.
