I loved you but you left

by shutout   Apr 6, 2007

When you told me
Those three words
We were meant to be
Like two love birds

And as weeks went by
You said it was forever
But that turned into
A bewildered never

Always turned to door ways
Love turned to shove
We turned to me

I loved you but you left
So now I am alone
Because I loved you to much
Now I have nothing to loan

I'm now dieing inside
I have nothing anymore
I feel like leaving, walking
Out the door

And not come back
Ill turn against the pain
Ill hold back the
Agonizing strain

I don't want you here
I can help but cry
because all I have done
Is try and try

Even the hardest heart
Can shatter into bits
Showing of the scars
On both of my wrists

The stain of blood
The taste of anger
The feel of hunger
The pain I'm under

    "Even the hardest heart
    Can shatter into bits
    Showing of the scars
    On both of my wrists"

    Honey, I wasn't being nasty.
    I was being honest.
    There is a difference.
