His love for her is gone

Thoughts racing through her mind
All the things he said.
If only she could turn back time.
If only she could of made it right.
She wishes she still had him
holding her through the night.
He told her the spark was gone
It was his time to go.
She begged him not to leave
His words she couldn't believe.
Her love for him was still strong.
Why is his love for her gone?
What did she do wrong?
Her laughs soon turned to cries.
Never again would she look into his sparkling eyes.
She misses the great times they shared.
She misses the time when he cared.
After so many years in pure bliss
how could he do this?

    The rhyming scheme for this was really good. I know how you feel, I can relate to the poem well. None the less it was well written.

    The words weakened the poem for me...I think if you edit it and choose better words it would make the poem a lot better overall it was a good poem and i liked the idea of it
