Happiness

by Marc Ortiz   Apr 6, 2007

What is happiness is it just a word?
Made by some early people in the past
I could not see true happiness alone
I have been alone for a long time. Sad

I've been alone in this gray metallic;
Land. It gives me chill to the bone of my flesh
Someone far, illumines my dark being
We were harshly split by this tragedy

I pray to god we'll meet again someday
By thy fate we will be reunited
I will wait for you in this drought my love
I will preserve my heart until the end

    Eh I found this poem okay, not as good as the other ones i've read but it clearer seems you've gotten better. The emotion wasn't as great as your other poems but this one still has its few edges and it was good. =D

    #4. The missing element of this work would have to be the gurgling emotions you used to bring into play within your other pieces; I didn't feel your sadness and your sickness of love. Oh, well. Anyway. This piece was quite disturbing, really. It's saddening to note how depression shadows a person's mind into thinking that happiness is delusional; such a person should and would find his true happiness, then, in due time.

    Best wishes,
