Help

I need help and i know it
i shut my eyes trying to find a way out
and if i ask you for help
its only because

im out of my head
things wandering in my mind
shattered glass tears
leaving to fall behind

i want to wash away
all the bloody shame
all the endless lies
leavin me to blame

- this poem dosent exactly rhyme or no specific structure just wrote it off the top of the time ( i was 11 =) give me some credit =P )
