The death of love brings a chilling silence

See that girl sitting by herself
Would you hold her close if you knew it would help
Would you lead her on and tell her forever
If you never really wanted to be together

Don't lie to me boy I know you too well
To that lonely girl, you would be another living hell
Shes been hurt too many times before
So love no longer matters anymore to her

Her first real love tore her in two
She fell harder than he ever knew
The love was there, and she thought she was free
But once she tried to fly, all she could see
Was their love completely in ruins
In such a small amount of time
She didn't see any clues
That it started
he had left her to cry
In the dark, with not one bit of light
Now this poor girl
Though only fourteen
Is so broken hearted
But doesn't know what it means
She no longer speaks of this dividence
Cuz the death of love brings a chilling silence
That makes it hard to breathe
