The days passing by make it seem like an eternity
Trapped in a hole that keeps me from the ability
To go on with joy, to continue to fight and breathe
A light inside me that now I no longer see

But I will wait for

Winter too cold, heat I am unable to bear
Justice in pain that I do not believe is fair

    I think you have all the right elements and such in the song. It flows nicely and when sung in ones mind it actually flows well and the chorus is good and very nicely written.
