I like the declaration of independence and personal power you set in the poem by proclaiming yourself an individual and the outside influences insignificant. I especially liked line 5, because I think that illustrated that well. I especially liked lines 8 and 9 because they reached out and described a longing, desire to go beyond that insignificance.
