THE CHANGE

So I'm alone for a while
In my room I sit down
With nothing else to do
I look into my mirror, was it you?

The things that took over me
All the hate and despair
Is drowned away by sorrow
Like an old rotten pair

Sometimes I think of life
What could've happened and what didn't
But the only thing I can do is
Accept the things I did do
