Like all your work this was great. Very sad. Giving everything of your self to have it returned in that way is heartbreaking.

I close my eyes and reminisce,
How sweet to be in memories bliss.
A time untainted with hurt and lies,
A time before the tears I've cried.
I fought my hardest, at all cost.
Now I'm sorrowed by all we've lost.

This poem had so much emotion behind it, and unlike alot of poem i have read it has words that bring a so much more emotion into a piece. great work.

The words spoken in this poem are so true, we sometimes leap at the oppertunity to fall in love while never considering the consequences. We know that we made a mistake and or precious time was wasted, but we now have experience on our side. With mistakes wisdom is earned and in time we we'll make very few, amazing poem 5/5 for sure
