Heaven.
I was always lost,
without a doubt,
I could never be
the person they expect me to copy.
Until you came by my side
to aid the pain.
A best friend.
My only hope.
Now I'm a original, not a copy.
You taught me how to smile through the pain,
you taught me how to be brave, and courageous.
Most of all you taught me how to love again.
I told you that I loved you from the very
beginning. And you said the same thing.
I was happy,
without a doubt,
I could be
my self now. My sad face turned upside down.
One day you told me your leaving,
and you left me with a broken heart.
A week pasted and I got a letter from you,
you said that you still loved me and
that you left cause your family had
problems staying here.
I wrote you back and said I still loved you too.
We send letters for about 2 months.
I asked you when are you coming back, but
you never answered my letter. I waited.
The phone rang and it was your mom.
She said you got into a accident and
that you didn't make it.
I came to your funeral and after, your
mom gave me a letter she said that
you wrote it before you left.
I went to the dock and watched the sunset, tears
in my eyes. I opened the letter and read it.
It wrote:
I'm sorry this happened.
You are the best thing that ever happened to me.
This turn of event wasn't suppose to be.
But I'm in heaven right now, happy. I'll wait
for you. I will always watch over you.Always
look at the sky to remember me and when your sad.
I love you.
I closed the letter and cried.
It was like a roller coaster ride.
It goes up for the exciting part,
but then goes down cause it's the end.
I will move one, but no one can fill
that empty place were you sat in my
heart. You were my First Love.
I looked up at the heavens,
"Thank you"
