White lily

Lillies sleep within the touch
Of my forsaken breath
Though ghostly is my deathly clutch
I feel the presence of lifes death
A blanket covers but my eyes
As I seek the truth
To which is the reason for all the lies
Uncovered by the roses youth
Do the lights ever dim
A question unresolved
The answers are ever to grim
For but words to be involved
So sleep away white lily
My breathe to you is the sun
The fire in a world so chilly
So Forsake this life until theres none

    Kiara,

    This was a very beautiful and sad poem. I must have read it 3 or 4 times trying to find a favorite part, but it just flowed together so well, that i couldn't even pick a line that stood out for me. It was all just great.

    Wrote with a depth that I trully admire. You did a wonderful job on this.
