My oldest brother choose this path and is now 35 and just getting his life put together after stopping drinking and drugs ^.^ I'll admit that there are times when I just want to go find something that will end the pain for a while but the thing to remember if that your problems are still going to be there when you come down so you might as well deal with it and get it over with =P
