Remember The Girl

Remember her face
When you put her down
Made her feel like nothing.
Remember the night
That she stood up to you
And showed you that she wasn't nothing.
Look at her now
Your words dont mean a thing,
She is set free,
She is true to herself.
She has a family,
A home,
When you told her she was nothing.
Now,
What can you say you've done with your life?

    This poem definetly deserves to be in the inspirational part of this site.

    The thing I liked about this poem is that it showed that you can stand up for yourself. You should never let anyone make you feel or believe that you are nothing. Great write
