First of all, I really want to thank you for reading my poetry, and giving me critque. So often people comment on my poems, and just say 'well done' because they dont wan't to give actual feedback on what they really think. And I appriciate it so much, and when I was writing them, I was thinking similar thoughts myself, so im glad you helped me out, i am difantly going to go back and revise and edit, thanks love.

anyway... wow, you really put an amazing piece of imagery in my head, i could picture it all so clearly, and i think one of the key elements in poetry is imagery, and of course- passion and emotion, which you obviously have included in your piece. I wish I could be as insightful as yourself, and give you tips or thoughts on how to improve your work, but honestly and truley, from reading this, i cannot think of one single thing... i mean, there isn't anything there that practice wont cure in time, i love it, honestly.

Ok, since you appreciate honest comments, I must start off by saying, this started out more like a short story rather than a poem. You basically spent way too much time on details early on. In the first four verses, you used the word 'Her' way too many times. In the fifth verse, this is where the poem evolves from a short story into a poem. Everything written after that was great, and I really enjoyed it. As for the first four verses, I think you should scrap some of the detail, or write it, so it doesn't sound like a story.

Here is an example of a line.
"Her heart beat the sound of a perfect melody"
[The beating of her heart was a perfect melody]

"Her kiss was a touch of sweet poison
Her cheeks were a fireplace of passion
Her lips hid two rows of creamy white pearls"
[A touch of sweet poison upon her kiss,
Rosey red cheeks a fireplace of passion
Smiles that hid her creamy white pearls]

Something like that. I hope you understand, and if you don't send me an email, and I can try and help you out.

It was good though, so kudos for a great write.
