You help me out
When times are bad
You have seen me at my worst
Like when I am really sad

For helping me out
You always look at the positives
And tell me not to pout

As you know right now
I'm feeling weird inside
Things aren't what they should be
I want to run and hide

I just want to tell you
You have helped me out a lot
I need to stop looking for better things
And be happy with what I got

I have great friends
Who tell me to be all I can be
This poem has turned around
Now I'm talking about me

You are always there
If I need someone to talk to
Just take my advice
