Zach Attack

by Free Bird   Apr 13, 2007

I thought you were the light,
Maybe you were just a dream.
But you are part of the fight,
You are a member of their regime.

I guess I was that gullible,
To think that you were a man.
I should have realized from that hello,
That you were a part to their plan.

You are not the boy I once knew,
The one that stood in the corner.
But a man who became askew,
Quite the foreigner.

Taken into their grasps,
With quite alarming arms.
Sorry if I show you my gasps,
But I'm afraid they will do you harm.

Fore you are my brother,
One I wish not to lose.
But I know they can smother,
Any dream you choose.

They take those in,
That show any signs of will.
It begins with a grin,
I know that thrill.

Everything that you've been told,
They tell you not to listen.
Your world can turn to gold,
I can make it glisten.

Just pretend you are deaf,
Pretend you are blind.
You are the chef,
Don't let them make you refined.

I love you more,
Something that isn't man made.
You will, I believe,
Become ignored,
And I'll make them feel the pain.

The passion that shows,
In our family's pride.
Can make you forget the hello,
Please just say good bye.

You are my Zach,
And I'm your girl across the hall.
I won't let you make you crack,
Because you Will be my down
fall.
