Silently resting my head upon your chest
Feeling the rhythm of your heart
Smiling with certainty
That we will never have to part.

Mimicking your moves
Eyes closed with bliss
Blushing as I recall
Your last tender kiss.

Feeling peaceful and at ease
Whilst wrapped in your embrace
Eyes opening for a moment
Just to see your face.

Smiling as your eyes pour into mine
Watching the smile creep along your lips
This is my own version of heaven
Lay snuggled in your sweet grip.
