LOVE MELODY

The bounce of a new smooth rhythm
floating in the breeze
i tease it's lyrics
at times the band stops and the harmony is
off track

as i change, so does the flow
the tempo moves upbeat
and sometimes it is drowned
and i sometimes mute it all together

just when i allow it to control me
it breaks me in two
and then a sad beat
fills in my broken pieces

then comes a tune i haven't heard
and word by word it tricks me
and then i learn it
that's when i yearn it

so i become more in tune
and i allow myself to FALL INTO it
and i love the mistakes
and it becomes my favorite song...for life
