Nothing in Particular

by pixie   Apr 15, 2007

I'm sitting here and thinking,
Thinking about you.
I'm sitting here and sinking.
Do you love me? I have no clue.
You see, you treat me as if I were a rag doll.
As if I could be forgotten for awhile.
You treat me so horribly, I'm beginning to fall.
Fall onto that cold hard tile.
When I'm with you, I feel like I'm nothing.
I only wish that I was something.
I try and I try to make myself perfect.
You turn me away as if I'm a frog you do not want to dissect.
Oh what a hopeless case this is?
How funny I always thought "Oh, how i wish to be his!"
How funny it is that to me, you're the whole world,
but to you, I'm nothing in particular.
