Baby Grand [Monorhyme]

by Debbie   Apr 15, 2007

Her fingers delicately pluck each key with grace,
Eyes closed for long, seeing only empty space.
Her soul is seeking, unguided thoughts to trace,
Melodious music drifts like a child in warm embrace.
Forsooth this song of glee in harmonious pace!
Still middling, unmoved is her lovely face,
Tempo builds up, the rhythm's on a chase-
At last, disturbing thoughts are defaced.

Wow Debbie, this is nice and a cool poem. The rhymes are really catching. The monorhymic scheme is beautiful and I love this style of writing. The poem flows well and rhymes very well. It also reflects your creativity and lexical power. Max ratings for sure.

I'm not usually a fan of monorhymes because they seem elementary.. but they are wicked hard cuz u have to find a LOT of words that rhyme together lol... so i respect you for it.. spentacular job all things in consideration.
