Vampyre Shadow

by RainbowSlider   Apr 15, 2007

I felt someone walking across my grave.
I knew then that I must better behave.
My casket must not be touched, yet.
Too much invested; Not yet, my pet.

Oh, is it the craving of my shadow?
Is my vampyre really that shallow?
Oh, why won't we feast, this day?
Has blood thirst started to decay?

Deep into abyss I must go; Hidden.
For my shadow comes so unbidden.
That monster that I was seeks me.
Longed for peace; I wanted free.

Oh, shadow please seek another.
There is so much yet to discover.
Haunt the living; Oh, bless it be.
Play with demons; Return sanity.
