Understand Me

Can you understand me?
I surely can't
Can you figure me out
Before I do?

It's near impossible
To get inside my head
I face each coming day
With all the more dread

No one can understand me
They think it's just a phase
Something like that surely wouldn't
Go on for days and days

I can't figure myself out
It's really quite depressing
Not finding any new ways
Of conveying or expressing

So can you understand me?
I never can
Can you figure me out?
It is my last command
