Confusion

I'm constantly confused
My knowledge barely there
Bleeding through my brains, it seems
Spilling everywhere

I'm not sure how to act
I don't know what to say
Everything has gone so wrong
Will I be okay?

Isolated, I have thought
And you'll never really know
Why I act the way I do
My true feelings never show

It's awkward and confusing
Expressing thoughts and such
Each time I try to let it out
I hold it in so much
