This is how it is for me now

Once tired and alone....letting life pass her by.
today taking her stand letting the world know how she's feeling, not wanting to hide the truth a day longer.
speaking her mind, fighting the undesirable.

still the same when it comes to being there for her friends. now happy to do what she can and not caring whether they appreciate her efforts. happy with the family she has no matter what happens.

happy with herself and how she looks. loving who she is, and what she is becoming. not regretting the past, knowing its made her who she is now. finding that she really wouldn't change anything in her life that she only thought that because she was trying to be her friends.

believing the compliments from her friends, she's wise, beautiful, and fine the way she is. she knows what she wants and how she feels no longer covered in confusion and indecision.

standing tall and facing the world head on ready for whatever disaster may come her way, ready to do anything for her friends, ready to live her life and be herself and let people know her truly. willing to let them judge her how they wish but not letting them get her down.

walking around with a smile on her face finally happy with herself and her life striving to achieve what she wants not letting anyone discourage her. this is who she is and this is where she will start the rest of her life... letting things happen and fighting for every chance at forever happiness, not giving up on anything. taking every possibility given. now she is loving her life and not hating herself, she is past the endless sadness and now she is onto being happy with life
