No you mean nothing to me
Nothing to me anymore
Now that these wounds bleed
You've hit the target; got your score

Square in the chest
Or right through the heart
Stopping every breath
A pool of red art

Your words like a bullet
The gun belonging to you
You had the nerve to pull it
Finding my blood turns blue

You poisoned me before
Slowly I was already dying
Now just to see if my heart tore
You waiting till my smile was crying

Every piece turned to dust
To blow away in the night
Just over some curious lust
Not to be found in morning light

But no you mean nothing
And one might ask why?
I have been protected under white wings
My tears had been wiped dry

Someone who cared took the time
To walk all over the earth
To find the dust rightfully mine
Because only they would care to search

They piece it together with their love
Sitting for hours until it's all done
I see there are angels here, once above
That have been standing beside me all along
